🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
•  Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
•  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•  All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
•  Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
•  Size 
•  Colour 
•  Alternative items of equal value
If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit.

💳 Store Credit
If a return is approved, you will receive:
•  A Stylish Emporium store credit valid for 60 days
•  Store credit can be used on any in‑store or online purchase
•  Store credit is non‑refundable and non-transferable

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
•  Sale or discounted items
•  Custom or made‑to‑measure garments
•  Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

🧵 Quality Concerns
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault:
•  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
•  Faulty items will be assessed by our team.
•  If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

📦 How to Return an Item
1.  Email us at info@stylishemporium.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2.  Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4.  Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 3-5 working days.
